I really don't know where to begin. In 1993 The Wellington Restaurant
opened its doors at our present location. I believed that the Valley was an
ideal place to open our restaurant and raise a family.

Originally from Philadelphia I noticed no one in the area was making a
"Real" Philly Cheese Steak. That's why we always say we were "First
in the Valley and Second to None."

Wow! Was I pleasantly surprised our"Real" Philly Cheese Steaks are now
famous not only in the Valley but throughout the Twin Tiers.

As time passed our entire menu was embraced by our customers. Our
Pizza, Calzones, Strombolies, Wings etc. (Our menu is huge) have become
famous also.
